Fast rules (read the whole below):

Streamshare is NOT a platform for:
    * piracy
    * pornography and gore
    * extremist material of any kind
    * malware / botnet C&C
    * backups
    * doxxing, database dumps containing personal information
    * anything degenerate
    * anything illegal under Swiss law 

You can use Streamshare to:
    * Send files to friends
    * Upload CI artifacts
    * Send files for commercial use

Uploads found to be in violation of these rules will be removed, the file hash blocked and
the originating IP address blocked from further uploads.

If too much abuse is observed any vpn IP will be blocked.
Too much abuse was detected. VPN ips are now blocked.

By using streamshare.wireway.ch (the "Service"), you agree to the following:

1. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, download, or share through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes.
2. Prohibited Content

As mentioned above, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

    Copyright violation: Works which are shared without permission from the copyright holder. For copyright reports we need a formal DMCA takedown request originating from the copyright holder or a representative. If your request is not valid, it will be ignored. Takedown requests which are sent to any other address than contact@wireway.ch will also be ignored.
    Child Exploitation: Videos, images, or audio depicting abuse or inappropriate touching of minors. Any such content will be removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
    Terrorism: Content that promotes or glorifies acts of terrorism.
    Extreme Gore: Graphic and shocking content depicting severe harm to humans or animals.
    Malware/Viruses: Software designed to harm computer systems.
    Doxing: Posting private information about an individual or organization with malicious intent.

3. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, or that we deem harmful or inappropriate.
4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter any content on streamshare.wireway.ch that violates these terms, please report it to contact@wireway.ch.
5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

You can request to delete data linked to you at any time by contacting contact@wireway.ch. You can also use this to request files to be deleted of which deletion token you lost.

For the purpose of moderation, the following is stored with each
uploaded file:
* uploader IP address
* file name

Non personal data:
* randomly generated id
* randomly generated file identifier
* randomly generated deletion token
* server path location
* upload completed
* upload time

We locally check your ip address to be in a datacenter to prevent abuse.

This site saves default nginx access logs for 2 days.
We reserve the right to delete any file at any time without notice.

No data is shared with third parties.
A Moderator may randomly check files for any material that might violate our TOS.
Expired or deleted files are not possible to recover. Once they expire or got deleted by the user or the moderator, they are gone.
